Humanistic Counselling
About
I am a BACP registered humanistic trauma informed psychotherapist with experience in working in the NHS with depression, anxiety, bereavement, long term health conditions, chronic pain, self harm, suicidal ideation.
It's a big step to decide to go to counselling, and I imagine that some amount of suffering has brought you here.
It takes courage and strength to be able to share your experiences, pain and insecurities with someone.
I am dedicated to providing my clients with a safe, warm, and empathic space where you can gain clarity, self awareness and resilience.
Areas of interest
I have additional specific training in working with bereavement and birth trauma.
I have a personal interest in also working with new mums who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, feelings of isolation.
