What to expect from counselling
Finding a therapist that you feel comfortable with is very important. That is why I offer a free 15 minute consultant appointment in which we can meet (virtually) and to give you a chance to see if we are a good match.
Working as a humanistic counsellor means that I am directed by you and where you would like the sessions focus to be.
Each session will be a safe and compassionate space for you to unpack whatever you feel is needed. As your counsellor I would be able to assist you in building self esteem, acceptance and awareness.
Face to face sessions are held at Hove Therapy Practice, 69 Church Road Hove, BN3 2BB.
However I can also provide video and telephone counselling.
Sessions cost £50 for 50 minutes. I do have a few low cost spaces available so please do contact me if you would like to find out more about these.
